The establishment of the Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS) was the result of cooperation between Dhulikhel Hospital and Kathmandu University. August 2001 saw the start of KUSMS's own component MBBS programme. The school's physical facilities and infrastructure are split between two locations: the university hospital is located three kilometres away in Dhulikhel, and the basic science building, complete with all the amenities needed, is perched on a hilltop near Chaukot, Panauti. The basic science department is divided into several departments, each having the necessary amount of labs, lecture halls (including PBL classrooms), media technology audiovisual capabilities, and libraries.

Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS) was founded as a result of cooperation between Kathmandu University and Dhulikhel Hospital. One of Nepal's first hospitals, Dhulikhel Hospital was established and is maintained by the university, the local community, and foreign partners such as Dhulikhel Health Service Association and Nepali Med International. This non-governmental organization's non-profit status reflects its dedication to offering easily accessible and reasonably priced healthcare services.

The hospital, which was founded in 1996 with the support of the late King HM Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev, is a prime example of the idea that everyone should have access to high-quality medical care, regardless of their financial situation. KUSMS is well-known in Nepal for its MBBS programme, providing top-notch learning environments and cutting-edge instructional strategies. The professors are well known for their approachability, subject-matter competence, and commitment to the academic growth of their students.

The several institutes and departments that make up Kathmandu University train professionals in a wide range of industries that contribute to Nepal's economy. More than a hundred highly skilled physicians who speak both Nepali and English contribute to the academic success of the institution by encouraging a culture of ongoing growth in both established and new fields of study.

With supporting text below as a Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets natural lead-in to additional content.
