The newest medical school in Nepal, Birat Medical College, was founded in 2014 as a continuation of Kathmandu University's curriculum. BMC is now preparing for its next fifth intake. Every year, seventy-five domestic and foreign students come to BMC to follow their lifelong passions and objectives.
BMC, an institution affiliated with Kathmandu University, features on-site medical specialists who are devoted to workforce development and ongoing education. The college spans 22 bighas of land and is home to cutting-edge academic and research facilities, including huge, well-equipped labs, dissection rooms, museums housing a sizable collection of specimens, and a library.
